Japanese "Sushi"



We expect you are familiar with "Sushi", we often eat this traditional dish to celebrate something happy. We know there are some great "Sushi" restaurants abroad, but we feel there are the two differences between the one in Japan and others.

* Types of fish and shellfish As you know, our country is surrounded by the sea, so we eat from a wide variety of locally caught fish and shellfish. * Freshness of Japanese horseradish (="Wasabi") Most "sushi" restaurant offer the dishes with the raw type of wasabi. It more stimulates one's appetite than the dry type.
